Simple Biscuit Pizza
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups flour
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2/3+ cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 big pinch salt
- 2 heaping tablespoons red sauce (ketchup in an emergency)
- 1/2+ cup your favorite cheese
- 2 slices sandwich bologna (or other luncheon meat).
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix flour. baking powder, baking soda, buttermilk, and salt together into a dough. Flatten out dough like a pizza, but make sure to give it a raised edge all around. Put dough in baking pan. Spread red sauce over the top of the biscuit pizza. Spread chesse over the top of the sauce. Cut up bologna and spead over the cheese. Put pizza in preheated over for about 10 to 12 minutes until brown like biscuits. Take out of oven and let cool for a minute or two. Eat and enjoy.
